Does this generator work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. The signature is table-based HTML with inline styles, which is what Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and most clients require. Copy the rendered signature or paste the HTML.
Why should I avoid images in a signature?
Remote images are blocked by default in many clients and heavy signatures raise the image-to-text ratio, which can hurt deliverability. Text-first signatures render everywhere.
Is my information stored?
No. The signature is generated in your browser and never sent to Oitomail.
How do I install it in Gmail?
Open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create a signature, then paste the rendered preview (not the HTML source) into the editor and save.
