What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your workspace and data stay intact. Upgrade to Platinum in the app to keep sending — it takes a minute and raises your limits to 20 team members and 20,000 contacts.
How much is the yearly plan?
$990 a year — you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free, with the same limits as monthly.
Do you charge per email sent?
No. Platinum is a flat $99/month (or $990/year) for up to 20 team members and 20,000 contacts, with fair-use sending.
What counts as a contact?
Any non-deleted person in your workspace. Deleted contacts stop counting once removed.
Can I pay by bank transfer or invoice?
Yes. Contact us and we will invoice you, then activate your account for the period you have paid for.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Settings at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can limits be raised without Enterprise?
Yes — ask us and we can lift the contact or team member ceiling on your account when your usage justifies it.
